Main segments : Entry coil car / Uncoiler / Leveler / Loop pit table / Slitting stand / Scrap winder / Hydraulic crop shear / Tension Pad / Recoiler / Exit coil car.Slitting stand has two types : one is Single stand and another is Double stand, evaluated by output & efficiency. The Tension Pad, depends upon quality and recoiling intensity, is able to alter to belt bridle (made in Japan) to prevent from surface damage, meanwhile it keeps good intensity while recoiling.We have designed a new recoiler to improve negative situation during recoiling.
The machine receives good responses from costumers. The working speed is 200M/M for plate and 160M/M for thickness.
