Rotary Shear
Main segments : Entry coil car / Uncoiler / Leveler / Hi Leveler / Rotary shear / conveyor / stacking. The Hi leveler has two types, one is 4Hi type and another is 6Hi type : 4Hi type makes up by four units of rollers. The working rollers and side rollers of 4Hi could up-down both at the same time and each roller could up-down by itself. 4Hi type is able to fit in with thick plate; 6Hi type makes up by six units of rollers. It works by under rollers to keep the surface flatness and avoid that the rollers occurs damage. Maintenance is quick & easy: pull the rollers out and wipe them. 6Hi type fits in with high quality surfaces when needs large output efficiently, such as SUS, GI, EG, COLOR, and so on. The working speed is 70M/M.
Feeder
Main segments : Entry coil car / Uncoiler / Leveler / Loop pit table / Feeder / Conveyor / Stacking. The Leveler is 4Hi : 4Hi type makes up by four units of rollers, The working rollers and side rollers of 4Hi could up-down both at the same time and each roller could up-down by itself. 4Hi type fits in with thick plates. Feeder usually uses for cutting short plate, many lengths of types and thick plate. The working speed is max. 2440mm x 18pcs per minute. Now we have designed to follow plates for cutting equipments, decreasing machines covering area, avoiding to damage the surfaces & loss of rollers.
